Creative Role

Established the visual theme, botanical illustration treatments, metallic foil print specifications, invitation suites, itinerary booklets, welcome package touchpoints, and on-site event signage.

Challenge & Focus

Annexus needed to celebrate top-tier independent financial advisors with a prestigious incentive trip experience to Maui. The collateral had to communicate exclusivity, warmth, and premier hospitality from the initial teaser invite through on-site event guides, luggage tags, and gala presentation screens.

Creative Concept & Execution

A High-Touch Hospitality Experience

Corporate incentive trips succeed when attendees feel genuinely valued from the very first correspondence. For the Annexus Maui conference, the physical collateral was designed as a sequential unboxing experience.

Warm metallic foils, heavy textured stocks, and custom botanical silhouettes set an inviting tropical tone. From custom luggage tags received prior to departure to daily itinerary cards delivered to guest villas, every touchpoint reinforced the premium quality of the partnership.
